With the help of this pitch book, Kaiser Permanente became the ACO Preferred Partner for eligible Boeing employees in 2020. This designation resulted in access to more than 20,000 new members.
To support this sales opportunity, Ben supported the Marketing Content Team in developing a presentation that addressed a key Boeing stakeholder concern: Why would their employees switch from their current health plan to Kaiser Permanente?
Given a deadline of 18 days, we created a book (and a PowerPoint presentation for remote Boeing decision-makers) that used proof points and case studies to directly answer questions such as:
Why would Boeing employees choose Kaiser Permanente over a competitor with greater local brand recognition if it means changing their doctor?
How would we develop a more effective member engagement strategy?
